With more than 20 years of leadership and human services experience, we are committed to educating, inspiring, and equipping others to create lasting impact through service, compassion, integrity, and excellence.

Ketrice Consulting was founded with a purpose greater than business. Our work is inspired by the life and legacy of Amos “Butch” Hubbard Jr., whose dreams, resilience, and compassion continue to guide our mission. His story reminds us that every person deserves hope, dignity, second chances, and the opportunity to reach their full potential.
